SERTÃOBRAS ASSOCIATION

 SerTãoBras  is a non-profit organization (NPO), sustained by a hundred associates from all over Brazil. It disseminates information to the big public while investing in training courses to the cheese professionals.

GUILDE INTERNATIONALE DES FROMAGERS

The Guilde is an international association that assembles more than 8 thousand members in more than 40 countries. The Club Brazil has 52 members including artisanal and industrial producers.

FÉDÉRATION DES FROMAGERS DE FRANCE

The Fédération des Fromagers de France reúne 3.500 comerciantes de queijos franceses e motiva o fortalecimento da cultura queijeira através de eventos e formações. O Presidente da Federação Claude Maret é o presidente do concurso de queijos e produtos lácteos do Mundial do Queijo do Brasil.

PROFISSÃO QUEIJEIRA E PROFESSION FROMAGER
