The Professional Fair aims to present to the professional public solutions and trends in equipment and inputs of the cheese chain. It takes place on the 16th and 17th of September, from 8 am to 7 pm. inside the theater, on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The professional stands are 3 x 3 m, power point, lighting and internet.
