In the second stage, at <strong>auditorium,<\/strong> a select group of supreme judges will evaluate the \u201cSuperGold\u201d cheeses in order to choose <strong>the best cheese in the competition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The jurors - Brazilian and foreign - are <strong>recognized experts<\/strong> in the cheese-making world and\/or professionals trained in sensory analysis and judging behavior courses promoted by SerT\u00e3oBras, since 2019, in partnership with the French school <em>Mons Formation<\/em>.
