El queso Morro Azul se produce en...&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pomerodealimentos.com.br\/\">Productos l\u00e1cteos Pomerode<\/a>, en la ciudad de Pomerode, en Santa Catarina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Envuelto en una banda de madera, es un queso suave y cremoso. Predominan las notas mantecosas y l\u00e1cteas. Es un producto sin lactosa, sin lactasa a\u00f1adida. (La lactosa se elimina de forma natural durante la maduraci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morro Azul es un queso de leche de vaca con corteza mohosa e interior blando, elaborado por los hermanos Juliano y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/brumendes\/\">Bruno M\u00e9ndez<\/a>, propietarios de Latic\u00ednios Pomerode.
