En la primera fase, los candidatos elaboraron un queso con 50 litros de leche cruda y presentaron una evaluaci\u00f3n documental y sensorial de su creaci\u00f3n. La segunda fase consisti\u00f3 en la maduraci\u00f3n del queso a partir del mismo molde.<br \/>En la tercera fase, elaboraron un queso experimental en sus f\u00e1bricas de queso, inspirado en la V\u00eda L\u00e1ctea:<br \/>En la fase final, los finalistas fueron sometidos a una prueba te\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n<h3>Jurado internacional<\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Una de las principales caracter\u00edsticas distintivas de esta edici\u00f3n fue...\u00a0<strong>jurado de car\u00e1cter eminentemente internacional<\/strong>, integrado por expertos de Francia, Italia, Reino Unido, Polonia y Brasil, lo que garantiza un alto nivel de conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos y el reconocimiento mundial del resultado final.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">El concurso fue patrocinado por la revista francesa.\u00a0<em>Profesi\u00f3n Quesero<\/em>. La presidencia fue compartida por\u00a0<strong>Arnaud Sperat Zar<\/strong>, presidente de la Fondation pour la Biodiversit\u00e9 Fromag\u00e8re, Ma\u00eetre Honoris Caseus de la Guilde Internationale des Fromagers y autor de varios libros sobre el queso; y <strong>Antonio Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, profesor e investigador de la Universidad Federal de Vi\u00e7osa (UFV), especialista en quesos y otros productos l\u00e1cteos, coordinador del grupo Inovaleite y director del \u00f3rgano t\u00e9cnico-cient\u00edfico de SerT\u00e3oBras.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Como Comisario General de la competici\u00f3n: <strong>Jos\u00e9 Manoel Martins<\/strong>, profesor e investigador del IF Sudeste MG \u2013 Campus Rio Pomba, ex director general de la instituci\u00f3n y miembro del
