En la segunda etapa, en <strong>Auditorio del teatro,<\/strong> Un selecto grupo de jueces supremos evaluar\u00e1 los quesos &quot;SuperGold&quot; para elegir... <strong>El mejor queso de la competici\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Los jurados, tanto brasile\u00f1os como extranjeros, son <strong>expertos reconocidos<\/strong> en el mundo del queso y\/o profesionales formados en an\u00e1lisis sensorial y comportamiento de jueces cursos promovidos por SerT\u00e3oBras desde 2019, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la escuela francesa. <em>Formaci\u00f3n Mons<\/em>.
