Dans la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape, dans <strong>Auditorium du th\u00e9\u00e2tre,<\/strong> Un jury d&#039;experts s\u00e9lectionnera les fromages \u201c SuperGold \u201d pour \u00e9lire... <strong>Le meilleur fromage du concours.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Les jur\u00e9s \u2014 br\u00e9siliens et \u00e9trangers \u2014 sont <strong>experts reconnus<\/strong> dans le monde du fromage et\/ou des professionnels form\u00e9s aux cours d&#039;analyse sensorielle et de comportement des juges promus par SerT\u00e3oBras depuis 2019, en partenariat avec l&#039;\u00e9cole fran\u00e7aise. <em>Formation Mons<\/em>.
