Les participants au concours de la meilleure fondue du Br\u00e9sil ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;ouverture du 3e Championnat mondial des fromages du Br\u00e9sil ce jeudi 11 avril et ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leurs cr\u00e9ations aux juges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les six candidats devaient tous respecter la r\u00e8gle d&#039;utiliser 50% de fromage Gruy\u00e8re dans leur plat, tandis que l&#039;autre moiti\u00e9 \u00e9tait laiss\u00e9e \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion de chaque participant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l&#039;ouverture du concours, Fabien Clerc, consul suisse du tourisme au Br\u00e9sil, a rappel\u00e9 les r\u00e8gles du concours : \u201c L&#039;originalit\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s importante, mais le respect de la tradition suisse l&#039;est tout autant. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du concours, l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement compte six participants : Rafael Marques, Luiz Fernando Coutinho, Raquel Chap Chap, Malu Mello, Dudu Prado et Camila Almeida. Ils sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s par huit juges exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s : le chef Lino, Clara Gaehwiler, Danni Symon, Fred Sabag, Marcos Nogueira, Rosa Moraes, Rosana Radecki et Dominique Bouchait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats du concours de la meilleure fondue du Br\u00e9sil 2024 seront annonc\u00e9s ce vendredi soir lors d&#039;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement au Pal\u00e1cio dos Bandeirantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#039;est la premi\u00e8re fois que le concours de la meilleure fondue du Br\u00e9sil se d\u00e9roule pendant les World Cheese Awards au Br\u00e9sil, et cette ann\u00e9e, il a lieu dans le m\u00eame espace que la foire des producteurs, \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur du th\u00e9\u00e2tre B32 sur l&#039;avenue Faria Lima \u00e0 S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foi dada a largada!
