Do you want to take part in the Gastronomic Route of the 3rd Brazil Cheese World Cup 2024?
An official program of the event, the itinerary is a partnership between chefs and cheese producers associated with SerTãoBras, which is in its second edition, precisely because the first was a huge success in 2022!
This year, the chefs take on the challenge of choosing a Brazilian artisan cheese to create dishes or reinterpretations of dishes using the cheese, served between April 5 and 14, 2024.
Most of the chefs who chose cheeses became customers after the tour ended. As well as opening doors to possible new foodservice buyers, this is a good opportunity for new qualified consumers to get to know and try your cheeses.

Registration is only open until March 10. The process of talking to each establishment, receiving and sending the samples, developing the dishes and spreading the word is huge and time-consuming! To register, just fill in the form AT THIS LINK.
You can propose up to two cheeses, which will be sold at special prices to the participating establishments. You must send a sample of approximately 200g to the Festival organizers in São Paulo, at an address to be informed later. This sample will be tasted by the chefs to see who your cheese will match with.
To take part, you need to have registered your products at some level of inspection (municipal, state or federal), have already received some national or international recognition and be a member in good standing.
The cost of participation is R$800, which can be paid in up to 3 installments. Remember that part of this amount will be offset by sales.
