In hall noble of the B32 Theater and in the foyer on the second floor we will find the exhibitors of the Professional Salon, The aim of the event will be to present the public with simple and sophisticated solutions for their daily lives, as well as market trends in equipment and supplies.
The Professional Show will take place on April 16, from 4pm to 8pm, and on April 17 and 18, from 9am to 8pm.

Bioprox Cultures is a French company specializing in the production and marketing of freeze-dried starter cultures at the service of a more transparent, sustainable and quality agri-food sector. The acidifying, post-acidifying, texturizing and bioprotective properties of lactic ferments make it possible to offer different quality ranges.

Globalfood

Ghee Me More

Ghee Me More is a family-run company that maintains the Minas Gerais tradition of cheese, dulce de leche and butter, which in 2023 turned 100 years old. Quality is present in the milk produced by small families from the countryside within a 30km radius of the factory, located in Fazenda da Grama, in the municipality of Senador Firmino, 200km from the capital of Minas Gerais. Having access to a quality raw material, they decided to direct their efforts and regularize the Ghee product in the country, originally from India and recognized by the International Food Codex. As a result, they were the first Ghee company with the SIF (Federal Inspection Service) seal, which allowed them to bring the product to all Brazilians.

Injesul Plastics

The President's story begins in Laval, France, in 1933, when founder André Besnier started a small production of 17 Camembert cheeses from 35 liters of milk. The 1930s saw the first talks and movements of São Paulo's cattle farmers and rural producers in various parts of the state, with the aim of organizing a representative system for the sector, culminating in the conception of São Paulo's first rural associative structure, FARESP (Federation of Rural Associations of the State of São Paulo), the precursor of the current FAESP, at a peculiar time for the sector, which had just gone through the world coffee crisis that had strongly affected the national economy.

The National Rural Apprenticeship Service (SENAR) was created by Law No. 8.315 of December 23, 1991, under the terms of Article 62 of the Transitional Constitutional Provisions Act, which provided for its creation along the lines of the National Industrial Apprenticeship Service (SENAI) and the National Commercial Apprenticeship Service (SENAC).

Sérvulo

Laticínios Union's activities date back to 1993. The company is based on a farm with a decades-long tradition in artisan cheese production, in Senador Firmino, in the Zona da Mata Mineira.

The company's name comes from the French and English languages, meaning union, reflecting the solidity of this partnership of brothers and nephews. Originally, the company was called José Sérvulo de Carvalho Ltda, the name of the founding partner and which gave rise to the SÉRVULO brand, used on most of the dairy products produced by the company.

The raw material that supplies the factory - fresh milk - is supplied by Fazenda da Grama and by producers in the municipalities of Senador Firmino, Dores do Turvo, Brás Pires, Presidente Bernardes and Divinésia.
