Throughout the event, a program of workshops, conferences and guided tastings takes place on the third floor of the hall and in two parallel rooms, aimed at the professional public.
Concurso de Queijos e Produtos Lácteos
The cheese and dairy products contest takes place on the 16th of September in the theater’s entrance hall, where 1200 cheeses will be judged.
