In addition to a program aimed at highlighting the rural producer as one of the major players in the industry. The Third World Cheese Fair in Brazil will also feature lectures aimed at debating the problems that permeate cheese production.

Seeking to broaden the field of vision in the cheese-making segment, the World Cheese Fair will include the Via Láctea program, which will feature technical conferences for professionals and a suppliers' fair for the cheese chain.

One of the conferences already confirmed in the program will be given by Múcio Furtado, PhD in cheese, and will have as its theme the “General Review of Cheese Defects”.
