Mobile cheese factory

SertãoBras has partnered with Circuito Rural IBS and Sacco System to install a Mobile Cheese Factory during the 4th World Cheese Championship in Brazil. The initiative aims to offer practical cheese production courses, combining knowledge dissemination and high-quality technical expertise.

The facility will be available on April 17th and 18th for practical classes. The instruction will be provided by a specialized technical team, comprised of master cheesemaker Luiz Guilherme de Paula Souza from IBS, and Sacco's technical-scientific consultant, Eduardo Reis Peres Dutra.

PROGRAM

April 17th

Fresh Cheese

  • Group 1: from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM

  • Class 2: from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM

April 18th

Pasta filada

  • Group 1: from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM

  • Class 2: from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Each class has a capacity of 15 participants. Registration is open on the Sympla platform, with a link available on the event's Instagram profile (@mundialdoqueijobrasil). SertãoBras members receive a 10% discount on registration fees.
