Why is eating raw milk cheeses with natural mold safe?
This question, which is the title of the article, was widely discussed by researcher Luis Roberto in his studies and became the subject of one of the lectures in the “Milky Way” program, during the “Brazil's Third Cheese World Cup“, which took place in São Paulo between April 11 and 14.
